Welcome to Lineville High School!  I hope you have had a fun summer and are getting ready to begin the 2009-2010 school year.  I am excited; I know that we will have a successful, exciting and productive year.  I have extremely high academic and behavioral expectations for Lineville High School Students.  I expect EVERY student will learn to the best of his or her ability.

Because you are an integral part of your child's education, I feel home-school communication is of vital importance.  Therefore, it is important that you keep open communication with your child's teacher during the year regarding your child's progress and behavior.  If you need to talk to the teacher, please make an appointment with the teacher or through the office.

There is nothing more important than successfully educating the children in our community.  Together we can ensure that they have a high quality of education.  As we start the school year, I encourage you to participate in programs and activities for parent involvement are critical for  a successful school experience.

A student handbook will be sent home the first week of school.  Please read the policies and procedures, make note of the changes regarding attendance, discipline and dress code.  Board policy will be followed.
